Terms of Trade

What this service is

TF2 Trading Hallis an automated storefront for a Team Fortress 2 trading bot. You trade your in-game items directly for the bot's stock, value for value, with any difference settled in keys and metal. All offers are built and sent by an automated bot - there is no person on the other side at the moment of trade.

Prices

• Prices are live and can change at any time as the market moves. The price you see is a recent snapshot.
• At the moment you check out, the bot re-prices both sides itself. The price shown to you is honored only while it stays within a small tolerance of the bot's live price; beyond that, the live price is used and you'll be told the price moved.
• The bot may refuse to buy items that are below its minimum value, that it can't resell at a margin, that it's already fully stocked on, or that it can't price confidently.

Trades are final

Steam trades are irreversible. Once you accept an offer in Steam, the trade is complete and cannot be reversed, refunded, or cancelled by us. Always read the offer in Steam carefully - including the exact items and the keys/metal on each side - before you accept.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your own trade-offer URL and for verifying every offer in Steam before accepting.
• You must own the items you trade. Do not use this service with stolen, fraudulently obtained, or chargeback-linked items or accounts.
• You must comply with the Steam Subscriber Agreement and all applicable laws.

Escrow & holds

If your account does not have the Steam Mobile Authenticator enabled, Steam may place trades into a multi-day hold (escrow). To avoid this, the bot does not send held trades - enable your Mobile Authenticator to trade instantly.

Rewards (tickets)

Any reward tickets or points are a discretionary loyalty perk. They have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold, or transferred, and may be changed, expired, or discontinued at any time. They can only be applied as a discount on the amount you add to an eligible trade.

Availability

The service is provided on a best-effort basis and may be paused, rate-limited, or unavailable without notice for maintenance, market conditions, or to protect against abuse. Trading may be temporarily disabled at any time.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from market price movements, Steam outages or holds, mistaken acceptance of an offer, or any matter outside our reasonable control. Trade at your own discretion.
